After reaching out to our team and arranging for an estimate, a quote for the job cost and scope will be submitted to the client. Once a start date and budget has been decided upon, our team will begin on the agreed upon start date and will finish within the provided timeline, guaranteed.
This all depends on the requirements of the project and the clients involved. We always maintain and clean and safe job site. With nightly cleaning, vacuuming and organizing, clients can be sure that their homes will be treated with respect. For smaller, less invasive projects, families will not be required to leave the home. For larger projects that disrupt multiple essential living spaces like a kitchen and main floor, it is recommended but not required that a family make arrangements to live else where. This decision will always ultimately lie with the client and their preference.
We have a 1-year warranty on our projects. We always finish projects with a comprehensive walk-through, to ensure all aspects of the project have been covered and all client needs have been met. Although we do aim for perfection, mistakes can happen on rare occasions. In the case of anything being missed or needing a touch-up, we will always be happy to return for anything of that nature. We do not cover damages caused by clients or nature.
